This set of routines is for analysis of spectroscopic data. It includes commands for managing, manipulating, rescaling, normalizing, baseline fitting, and peak fitting operations.
PLEASE REGISTER if you have not already done so. Send me an email to tell me that you are using SpXZeigR for the first time. Thanks.

On-line HTML Manual (vers. 3.0.0)
Although now dated, some may find the information in the on-line manual useful for a supplemental overview of the SpXZeigR routines. In the current version of SpXZeigR, on-line and context sensitive help are available for nearly all of the dialog boxes and panels.

This package adds a periodic table panel. The panel can be used to add markers to graphs on hand a database of marker position, width, relative height, and note text.

Version History
Version 2.01 fixes a compatibility issue with Igor Pro 4.0 that arose in Version 2.0.
September 20, 2000 - 2.0 released
June 10, 1999 - ooopps! fixed a link problem to give access to v1.01 of package and manual (sorry for the problems)
June 1999; 1.01 - corrected manual and restructured directories, this version is otherwise exactly the same as 1.0
April 1999; 1.0 - released
Current version is 1.0
This set of routines fits data from angle resolved x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (ARXPS). Intensity ratio data as a function of analyzer take-off angle are fit to a two layer (top/bottom) model accounting for a patchy overlayer. Example curves can be generated for comparison purposes.

This procedure file contains routines that can be used to tweak fitting constraints.
Constraint Delta to Matrix Conversion
Converts initial guess +/- delta type constraints to appropriately formed constraint matrix and vector.
Constraint Reduce or Remove
Attempts to reconcile conflicts between holding a variable constant (/H=1...) and constraining it to a range (/C=K0 ...).
Included are also Igor experiments that show the operation of the routines.
