X-ray Diffraction Lab
The x-ray diffractometer in LMaSS is a dual shuttered Rigaku D/Max. The system is presently equipped to perform XRD on thin films as well as Laue diffraction studies. The sample goniometer enables full range theta and 2-theta scans for sampling of films as thin as a few nanometers.	UAH-LMaSS X-ray Diffractometer
